Return & Refund Policy (Unwanted or incorrect size)
You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return & Refund Policy (Faulty items)
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 30 days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If your item is found to be faulty we will refund the postage cost for returning the item. (Items are to be returned via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.)
