5* gait analysis, tried a few support shoes and came home with Hoka Arahi 4, got to say they're amazing can really feel... the difference in my knee pain too, much better than Adrenaline gts.

Been and had Gait Analysis done this morning as wanted new trainers for my C25K training.
Shaun explained what was... involved and took me through the treadmill process. He took time to explain what he was looking at in the playback videos and the differences between the trainers. I was a touch nervous when I arrived as wasn't sure what to expect , but he put me at ease and I've purchased a new pair of stability trainers which will hopefully make the world of difference to my training.

Visited the shop last week after having pain in my feet when running long distance. The guys put me on the treadmill... and analysed my run and straight away identified the issue. We then went through 8-10 pairs of shoes to find the most supportive and comfortable shoe. The guys know their stuff and are really helpful. I definitely recommend.read more

I went to the Sutton Runner for advice as I was suffering with really bad foot pain during and after my Glow Fitness... classes ( high impact, high intensity dance/work out class) They told me the trainers I'd been wearing were just not suited to my feet and so they fitted me correctly with a new pair of trainers to give me extra width, support and cushioning. This week I had absolutely no pain at all during the class! My instructor even commented that she could really tell they were working and I that wasn't feeling any pain because I was putting more energy into the workout, so THANK YOU 👍read more

Sutton Runner was recommended to me as I have a foot injury following surgery that is aggravated every time I try to... exercise. I met Dave today who analysed my foot when running on the machine and took into account my post surgery issues...and then found me 2 perfect pairs of trainers! I’ve never felt so comfortable in trainers and Dave was helpful and patient in getting the right ones.. he made me feel completely at ease and my husband ended up getting a pair too! I really recommend this shop. I thought it was time to get fitted for running shoes properly as I am taking part in the... b'ham half marathon. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The video analysis was excellent and the sales assistant recommended a shoe with slight support. I am very happy with my purchase. Excellent Service. I went in store today suffering with pronation with current trainers. I was tested on the... running machine to find out which trainers suited me best and they proceeded to try numerous pairs to find out which would sort my problem. This is such a brilliant local shop, who are one of the few to stock netball trainers!
So if you play netball in the... local area, give them a go. They will also try and match Netball UK website. At least you can try before you buy, and the guys are really helpful. Also if you see a trainer on Netball Uk (Asics) , that they don't have, they may be able to get for you, as they did with me last year.. They also gave me discount on already a sale price of blue Asics Ballistic trainers. Also stocking the new Mizuno netball trainers worn by Super League players.
