The product is specifically made for those with low-arched or flat feet, meaning extra support and comfort are ensured. The insole uses a unique mix of materials which have been engineered for a range of activities and is a full-length insole that uses an F3D 3mm dampening foam insert meaning it dissipates up to 95% of the shockwaves produced by each foot strike. Not only this, but the insole provides cushioned arch support and an anatomical contour which is known as a ‘Met Pad’ which helps to spread the load across the forefoot. The Advanced Insole Support+ helps you achieve a more ideal gait, which in hand helps to reduce pain in areas such as; your feet, ankles, shins, knees, hips, back and neck. This will therefore help to aid recovery and reduce the risk of injuries reoccurring. This insole can replace the insole that’s already provided in your shoes, align the Advanced Support plus insole with your heel and trim around the toes to match your foot. To ensure your feet also remain comfortable under pressure, the insole has moisture-wicking properties, to ensure sweat and moisture are effectively wicked, keeping you dry and comfortable throughout.
It is advisable to wear these shoes in gradually over the first couple of weeks to avoid muscle fatigue and to allow your body time to adapt to the improved gait and posture which will be provided by the insole.
