Superfeet insoles are designed to aid in the gait cycle and correct overpronation. This is done through building up the arch section of the insole to cushion your arch without allowing it to fall therefore holding it in the ideal position to correct the foot when running and as force is going through to the floor. This, in turn, aids the body’s alignment when running and walking to stop and correct many injuries that everyday runners face each time they go out for a run, such as; runners knee, plantar fasciitis, foot pain, heel pain, ankle pain and leg pain.
Medium Profile
An insole having a medium profile means that the arch of the insole is built up and filled in to provide a large amount of support under the arch of the foot.
Medium Volume
Due to the profile, the insole has to be high to be able to support the built-up arch and to be strong enough to hold your arch up as you force comes through the insole as you are running. This means that the insole takes up a lot of space in the footbed of the shoe.
