Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE Delivery on all items in our store (3-5 Woking Days). We also offer Next (Working) Day Delivery at a charge of £5.

We do offer our customers a ‘Pay and Collect’ service where you can order online and collect in-store, therefore avoid paying postage.  The items will then be reserved and await your collection.  Please note you will be required to present your order confirmation on collection in order to obtain your goods. Bikes are not eligible for FREE Delivery. They can be collected from store by the customer or arranged courier. If you wish for us to arrange a courier you will be require to purchase the £50 bike delivery available here

Returns & Replacements

Return & Refund Policy (Unwanted or incorrect size)
You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return & Refund Policy (Faulty items)
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If your item is found to be faulty we will refund the postage cost for returning the item. (Items are to returned via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.)

We do not price-match other discount lead websites but focus on quality and technical performance product.  However we do have discounts, special offers etc so please sign up to our Newletter (see the bottom of our homepage). 

Viewing Orders & Dispatch

You can view the status of your order through this website.  However, we suggest you sign-up to an account (rather than a guest) free of charge to fully enjoy the benefits our website offers.

You will receive a dispatch email from us confirming your goods have been sent.  This will include a unique tracking number (when appropriate).
